This position involves receiving and processing donations at the store, pick-up and delivery of donated/sold goods, merchandising, pricing and overseeing floor operations. It requires living out your faith by serving others and advancing the mission of MCC as one relates to volunteers, customers, staff and donors. This position reports to the Shop Manager. Part-time Help Needed for Seniors' Home

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with seniors and preparing food. You may be looking for a part-time job or an opportunity to serve others. We would love to talk to you about working at Hilltop Manor, a Christian and independent / supportive living seniors’ home located in Langley (Murrayville area).

  • If you have experience preparing food for your family or other groups of people, this could be a fit for you (no need to be a professional). 
  • Primary responsibilities will include the preparation, serving, and clean-up of meals for 10 people and may include other similar duties.

  • Must be available for late afternoon/evening and weekend shifts

  • Up to 24 hours per week with the possibility of more occasionally

  • Start date: as soon as possible.

As the CFO of MCC BC, this role offers financial expertise to all aspects of the operations of MCC BC and its subsidiaries, and will manage the various administrative functions of the organization. The position supervises a team and reports directly to the Executive Director. The individual will direct the financial operations including the handling and reporting of income and expenditures in accordance with proper authorizations and procedures, keeps management and board members informed of the financial status of MCC BC and the MCC's in Canada, including the interpretation of trends and information, as required.
